In addition to his role with TruBlu Dental Network, Patrick O’Rourke is the founder partner/CEO of Practice Quotient, a company founded in 2014. Practice Quotient specializes in dental insurance PPO network contract analytics and reimbursement guidance, representing the dental provider on an individual basis. Practice Quotient increases dental practice revenue by negotiating higher reimbursements from PPO fee services. The primary objective of his firm’s projects is to protect the overall long-term business value of its clients by creating win-win business partnerships with the payor community.
As a national public speaker, O’Rourke educates dentists on how dental managed care participation impacts up to 50 percent of practice revenue, the importance of diligent contract management, and how to develop criteria specific to a patient acquisition strategy for choosing the best carrier business partners.
Alex Sadusky, the company’s co-founder, Chief Executive Officer, and a director, has held senior management positions with Dentsply Sirona, the industry’s largest dental equipment and consumables manufacturer Dentsply Sirona, where he served as Vice President, Office of the CEO and Vice President of Strategy and Business Development.
